Public relations

Public relations is when people or organizations tell others about themselves and their activities. They also use public relations to try and make people feel good about them. It's like advertising but instead of paying to get it out, you send out special messages or stories that try to win people over. Public relations can also be used as a way to try and repair a company or organization's reputation if it has gotten into trouble.
