ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Regulation of artificial intelligence

AI (Artificial Intelligence) is when a computer can do things that are usually done by humans, like understand language, learn new things, or play games. Regulation of AI (artificial intelligence) means that governments, companies, and experts all work together to make sure that AI is used safely and responsibly. Some things that AI should be regulated for include:

- Making sure that AI is used in a way that respects people’s privacy and safety.
- Making sure that AI is designed to be fair and unbiased.
- Making sure that AI is used to help people and not just to make money.

By regulating AI, governments and companies can make sure that AI is used in a way that is best for everyone.
