Value stream mapping

Value stream mapping is like drawing a map. You look at the process of making something (like a product or getting a service) and draw a map that shows each step it takes. The map shows how things move through the process, where they stop, and who is in charge of each step. This helps you figure out how to make things go faster and smoother. It also helps you see places where there might be problems and what you can do to fix them.
