1 John 4
Okay kiddo, so in the Bible there's a letter called First John and in chapter 4, it talks about love. God is love and because He loves us, we should love each other too.
Now, sometimes people say they love God but don't act kindly to others. That's not true love because if we love God, we will follow His commandments and one of them is to love our neighbors.
The letter also talks about how if you believe in Jesus, then you can be sure that God is with you because the Holy Spirit is in your heart. And when the Holy Spirit is with you, you will be able to tell when someone is speaking the truth about God or not.
So basically, God is love and we should love each other. If we love God, we will show it by being kind to others. And when we believe in Jesus, we have the Holy Spirit with us to guide us in knowing the truth about God.
