The 1920s was a decade that happened a long time ago, when lots of people dressed up in fun clothes and listened to jazzy music. This time period is also known as the "Roaring Twenties" because people were excited about new things like cars, movies, and radios.
During this time, some people were very rich and had lots of money to spend, while other people were very poor and didn't have enough money to buy clothes or food.
