A Drunk Man Looks at the Thistle

Okay kiddo, so imagine you're at a party and there's a man who's had too much to drink. He's feeling a little wobbly and his vision is blurry.

Now, imagine there's a plant called a thistle nearby. It's a tall plant with spiky leaves and little purple flowers on top.

The drunk man looks at the thistle, but because he's had too much to drink, his brain might not be able to process what he's seeing very well. He might see the thistle as blurry or see it moving around when it's really not.

So, even though the thistle is right there in front of him, the drunk man's brain might not be able to understand what it's seeing.
