ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

A&E (TV network)

Ok kiddo, so there's this TV network called A&E. It's like a big TV channel where they show lots of different shows all day and all night.

They have different kinds of shows for grown-ups to watch, like ones about people's lives, or about history, or even about people who are famous or do cool things. Sometimes they also show movies that you might like to watch with your family.

One thing that makes A&E special is that they like to show shows that are true stories about real people and events. They call them "reality shows". This means that they follow real people around and film them doing things like working their job or going through tough times.

Some of their most popular shows are "Live PD" where they show what police officers do during their shifts in different cities across America, "Intervention" where they help people who have problems with drugs or alcohol, and "Storage Wars" where people buy abandoned storage units and try to find cool stuff inside.

So A&E is basically a TV channel that shows a bunch of interesting shows about real people and events that you might enjoy watching with your family.
