Abusive supervision

Abusive supervision is when a person in charge of other people, like a teacher or a boss, is mean and makes them feel bad. They might yell a lot, criticize their work, or hurt them in other ways. It's not OK for this to happen and it can make people feel scared, angry, or sad. It's important to tell someone if this is happening to you so you can get help.
