ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Accessible publishing

Accessible publishing is when books and other materials are made in a way that everyone can read and use them, including children with disabilities. For example, some children may be blind and cannot read with their eyes, but they can use braille or special electronic devices that read the book out loud. Other children may have difficulty seeing certain colors or fonts, so books may use larger fonts and high-contrast colors to make it easier to read. Accessible publishing makes sure that everyone can enjoy books and learn important information, regardless of their abilities.
