Action potential

Action potential is like electricity. Inside your body, there are tiny cells called neurons. When they need to communicate with one another, they fire off an electrical "signal" down a long string, like a jump rope. This signal is called an action potential, and it is what lets our brains control muscles, think, feel and remember.
