Bursting

Bursts are small explosions of energy in a short period of time. Bursts allow computers to do their jobs quickly. For example, when a web page is loading, it will send out bursts of information to the server to quickly get the page you want. When you play a video game, your controller will also send out bursts when you are pressing buttons, so the game can respond quickly to your actions.
