Administrative divisions of Haryana

Imagine Haryana is like a big cake, and just like a cake is divided into slices, Haryana is divided into smaller parts called administrative divisions. These divisions help the people who live in Haryana to have better access to important things like healthcare, education, and other important services.

There are four main administrative divisions in Haryana - Ambala, Rohtak, Hisar, and Gurgaon. Each of these divisions has smaller parts called districts. For example, Gurgaon division has four districts - Gurgaon, Faridabad, Palwal, and Mewat.

Each district has its own government official called a Deputy Commissioner who is responsible for making sure everything in the district is running smoothly. The Deputy Commissioner makes sure that the government services like hospitals and schools are working well, and people are getting what they need.

There are even smaller parts in each district called subdivisions, and these subdivisions are further divided into tehsils and then into villages. Each village has a Sarpanch who is like a mini-governor and makes important decisions for the village.

So, just like how cake is divided into slices, Haryana is divided into administrative divisions, districts, subdivisions, tehsils, and villages. All of these divisions work together to make sure the people who live in Haryana have access to important services and are taken care of.
