Aerial bombing of cities

Aerial bombing of cities is when people use airplanes to drop bombs on cities to destroy them. This can be used to try and end a war or to hurt people in the city who might not have anything to do with the war. It usually means that lots of buildings and homes get damaged and people can get very hurt or even die.
