African diaspora religions

African diaspora religions are religions that have their roots in Africa but are practiced in other parts of the world. These religions usually come from African countries like Nigeria, Ghana, and Benin. Many of these religions involve belief in a god, the ancestors, spirits, and sometimes even deities that are specific to certain cultures. People who practice these religions often also practice other traditional African customs like healing ceremonies performed by a medicine man or woman.
