Algorithmic music

Algorithmic music is music made by computers. This music is made using algorithms, which are a set of instructions that tell the computer what music to make. For example, one algorithm might tell the computer to make a certain number of notes, using only certain notes, and at certain times. Another algorithm might tell the computer to create a certain rhythm. The computer can then use these algorithms to create new and interesting pieces of music.
