Amphitheatre

An amphitheatre is like a big outdoor stadium where people can watch plays, concerts or sports events. It is usually built in a circle or oval shape with rows of seats that go up and around the stage or playing area in the middle. This way, everybody can see what's going on and nobody blocks anyone else's view. Just like a big bowl! In ancient times, amphitheatres were mostly used for gladiator games or battles between animals. Today, modern amphitheatres are used for many different kinds of events like music festivals, plays, public speeches, and even movie screenings.
