Anarchism in Russia

Anarchism in Russia is a type of political thinking, where people believe that society should be organised without a government or certain leaders in charge. This means that everyone are free to decide things for themselves and that things like laws, punishments, and rules would not be decided by anyone in particular. In Russia, anarchists have been active since the late 19th century and have often been part of protests, demonstrations and other activist work. Anarchists in Russia have sometimes been treated badly by the government, who have seen their ideas as dangerous and disruptive.
