Anarcho-syndicalism

Anarcho-syndicalism is a type of economic system that combines the ideas of anarchism, which is the belief that people should not have to be ruled by governments, with syndicalism, which is the belief that worker-run unions should operate businesses, factories, and other organizations. In an anarcho-syndicalist system, all workers in a workplace would be part of a union and would decide together how to run the workplace and what to do with the profits. This means that no boss, government, or outside group would have control over the workplace, and the workers would be responsible for their own success.
