Solidarity unionism

Solidarity Unionism is a way of organizing workers to create positive change in the workplace. It is based on the idea that workers should support each other and work together in order to achieve their goals. This may include things like collective bargaining or organizing for better working conditions. Solidarity Unionism encourages workers to stand up for themselves and work together to make things better for all. Solidarity Unionism also believes that workers should focus on issues that affect them all, not just their own individual interests.
