Roman architecture is a building style that was used a long time ago by people who lived in the city called Rome. They built things like temples, palaces, and amphitheaters. Their buildings were very strong and big because they used heavy stones to hold them up. The Romans liked to use arches and domes in their buildings, which helped to spread out the weight and make the buildings very stable. They also built roads, aqueducts, and bridges that were really important for getting around the city. When you look at old pictures of Rome, you can see that the buildings are made of different colored stones and some have carvings or statues on them. Roman architecture is still used and admired today because it was so advanced for its time!
