ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Anti-competitive practices

Anti-competitive practices are things that companies do to make it difficult for new businesses to compete with them, like not allowing other companies to sell the same things or charging too much for something. It's like the company doesn't want anyone to be able to compete with them. It's not a good thing because it makes it harder for new companies to get started and doesn't give people the chance to buy things from different companies and choose the best one.
