Anti-realism

Anti-realism is an idea that things that we think exist (like atoms or planets) might not really exist in the way we think they do. It's like a story that isn't real, but we still think it has some truth in it. A lot of people think that what we think of as reality is more like a story - something made up by people's imaginations. Anti-realism is the idea that the story is not true, and things don't really exist in the way we think they do. It's kind of like if you were telling a story to your friend and then you said, "But that's not really true... I just made that part up."
