ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Architectural technology

Architectural technology is a fancy way of saying "how buildings work". Imagine building a house out of blocks - you have to figure out how many blocks you need, how to stack them up, and how to make sure the whole thing doesn't fall down.

Architectural technology is like the grown-up version of building with blocks. Architects use math, science, and special computer programs to figure out how to design buildings that are safe, look cool, and do what they're supposed to do. They think about things like how much sunlight a building will get, how people will move through it, and how it will keep everyone inside warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

So, think of an architect like a really smart block-builder. But instead of using blocks, they are designing buildings using their brain and computer programs!
