Aryan certificate

Aryan certificate was a type of document used in Nazi Germany. The Nazis made laws that said certain jobs, schools and universities were only for people they felt were part of their "Aryan race". To be accepted into these jobs and schools, you had to prove that you were part of the Aryan race. An Aryan certificate was a document that showed that you were part of the Aryan race and could prove it. People had to submit family histories and prove that their grandmothers and grandfathers were pure "Aryan" in order to get an Aryan certificate. This certificate allowed them to get jobs and education that other people weren't allowed to have.
