Astrochemistry

Astrochemistry is a science that studies the chemical elements and compounds found in space. Just like on Earth, there are different chemicals in space like water, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen. Astrochemists try to understand what these chemicals do and how they interact with one another. They also try to find out how these chemicals were created and how they formed into the things we see today. This helps us understand more about the universe and how it works!
