Authorization

Authorization is like having permission to use and do certain things. Imagine you have to give a birthday present to your friend. Your friend's mom probably won't let you go into her bedroom without her permission, because it wouldn't be polite. You would have to ask her if you could go in there, which is like asking for authorization or permission. That way, she can make sure that you don't take something that doesn't belong to you!
