Bakasana is a yoga pose that looks a bit like a bird flying. To do it, you have to get into a squatting position on your hands and feet, with your knees resting on the backs of your arms. Then you lift your feet off the ground and balance all your weight on your hands.
It can be difficult to do because you have to use a lot of strength in your arms and core to hold yourself up. But with practice, you can get better at it and hold the pose for longer.
It's a fun pose to try, but make sure you're careful not to hurt yourself if you try it!
