Banana powder

Do you love bananas? Well, sometimes, people want to use bananas for recipes but they don't want to use fresh bananas because they can't keep them for a long time. So, what can they do? They can turn the bananas into banana powder!

Basically, banana powder is made by taking fresh bananas and turning them into a powder. Firstly, they peel the bananas, then chop them up and dry them out in a special machine that uses hot air. The machine blows hot air over the sliced bananas, and after some time, the moisture inside the bananas evaporates into the air, leaving only the dry powder behind.

This banana powder can be stored for a long time, and when people want to use it for recipes, they can mix it with water or other ingredients to make banana flavor. You can use it to make things like banana bread, banana pancakes, and other yummy foods that need banana flavor. So, if you see banana powder in the store, you'll know that it's just dried bananas that are ground up into a powder! Delicious!
