Barbecue chicken

Okay kiddo, so you know how we cook food on a grill outside sometimes? Well, barbecue chicken is when we take some juicy and delicious chicken meat and cook it on the grill with a special sauce.

First, we clean the chicken and put it on the grill. Then, we use a special sauce made of tomato sauce, vinegar, and spices to brush onto the chicken as it cooks. This sauce makes the chicken taste sweet and a little bit spicy.

We have to be patient and wait for the chicken to cook all the way through. Once it's cooked, we take it off the grill and put more of the special sauce on top. Then, we can eat it! It's so yummy and perfect for a summertime dinner.
