Barons in Scotland

Okay, so there are these people called barons in Scotland. They are like super special people who have a really fancy title. It's kind of like being a king or queen, but on a smaller scale.

Back in the olden days, barons were super important because they owned lots of land and had a lot of power. They were kind of like bosses over a certain area.

Today, being a baron isn't as important as it used to be. But some people still like to have the title because it makes them feel special or important.

In fact, there are some companies that sell something called a "barony title" to people who want to be called a baron. But it's not like a real official title that gives you a lot of power or anything. It's more like a fun thing to have.

So, basically, barons in Scotland are just fancy people who used to be really important and now it's just something fun to have.
