Base transceiver station

A base transceiver station is like a really big walkie-talkie that helps us talk to people far away using our phones. When you want to make a call or send a message on your phone, it sends a signal to the base transceiver station. The station then sends the signal to the person you want to talk to or send a message to. It's like a messenger between your phone and the other person's phone.

The base transceiver station needs to be tall so it can talk to lots of phones far away. Think of it like a really tall stool that can see and talk to lots of people in a big room. The station also needs a lot of power to make sure the signal is strong and clear. Just like how you need to talk louder in a big room so people can hear you, the base transceiver station needs a lot of power to make sure your phone signal is strong so you can talk to people far away.

Sometimes you might see a tall tower with lots of antennas on it. That's usually a base transceiver station that's helping lots of people talk and send messages on their phones.
