Battle of Namdaemun
So, there was once a beautiful gate in Korea called Namdaemun. It was super old, almost 700 years old! Everyone loved it and it was a really important piece of Korean history.
But one day, a really bad guy decided he didn't like the gate and wanted to destroy it, which made a lot of people very upset. So, a bunch of Korean soldiers and police officers tried to stop the bad guy from hurting the gate.
The bad guy was very tough and had a lot of weapons, so the battle was very difficult. But the soldiers and police officers were very brave and fought really hard to keep the gate safe. Eventually, they were able to catch the bad guy and save the gate from being destroyed.
It was a very scary and sad time, but the good guys won in the end and the beautiful Namdaemun gate still stands today for everyone to see and appreciate.
