Beate Klarsfeld

Beate Klarsfeld was a lady who helped find and bring to justice bad people who did bad things. She was born in Germany a long time ago and she found out that some German people had done very bad things during World War II, like trying to hurt and even kill Jewish people just because they were Jewish.

Beate wanted to make sure these bad people were punished for what they did. So she would find them and try to make them feel bad and apologize for what they did. She was very brave because sometimes people didn't want to listen to her, but she kept trying.

Beate even went as far as going to other countries to try to find these bad people, like France and Bolivia. She even once slapped a very bad person, a man named Kurt Georg Kiesinger, who was in charge of Germany. She did this because he was a bad man, but she didn't hurt him too much, just a little bit on the face.

Beate didn't give up and she was very important in making sure that the bad people who hurt others were punished. She is a hero for many people who believe in doing what's right and standing up to bad things.
