Besov measure

Besov measure is a way to measure how "rough" a function is. The rougher the function, the higher its Besov measure. This measure looks to see how much the function changes over a wide range of distances. For example, if you were to measure a roller coaster's Besov measure, it would be high because the roller coaster has lots of ups and downs and sudden changes.
