Bibliolatry

Bibliolatry means to worship a book. A lot of people believe that the Bible is a very special book, and they show their respect by bowing down to it, praying to it, and saying special prayers and words over it to show how important it is. Some people even wear special clothing or jewelry that has the Bible's words or pictures on it to remind them of how special it is. They do this because they see the Bible as the word of God and think it's very important.
