Bikes to Rwanda

Okay, kiddo, let me tell you about bikes and Rwanda. So, in Rwanda, there are a lot of people who need to travel from one place to another, like to go to school or work or to visit their family and friends. But, some of these people don't have cars or buses to travel with, and walking can be very tiring and time-consuming. That's where bikes come in.

Bikes are like special machines that you can ride to help you travel faster and farther than just walking on your own two feet. They have wheels and pedals that you can use to move the bike forward. You sit on a special seat and hold onto handlebars to steer the bike in the direction you want to go.

Now, there is a program called Bikes to Rwanda that helps people in Rwanda get bikes to use for transportation. This program collects used bikes from people who don't need them anymore and sends them to Rwanda. In Rwanda, the bikes are put together and then given to people who need them. This way, people can travel faster and more easily than before.

But, it's not just about getting from one place to another. Bikes can also help people who need to carry things from one place to another, like farmers who need to transport their crops or people who need to bring water from a well back to their home. Bikes can make these jobs easier and more efficient.

So, that's the story of bikes and Rwanda. They are helping people get around and do things more easily. And, best of all, it's all thanks to people who donate their old bikes to help others.
