Black boxing

Black boxing is when something is put in a black box (a box that cannot be opened). Inside the box is something that does something but you don't know how it does it. For example, a black box could be a computer that plays music, but you don't know how it works – the only thing you know is that you can push a button and it plays music, like magic!
