Bo people (China)
Okay kiddo, have you ever heard of the Bo people from China? They are a group of people who live in the mountains of southwest China.
The Bo people have a really long history, they have been living in the mountains for thousands of years! They have their own language and culture that is very different from other people in China.
One really cool thing about the Bo people is that they have a special way of farming that is very different from how most people in China farm. Instead of plowing the fields by hand or with machines, they use a system called "slash and burn."
This means they clear a patch of forest and then burn the trees and bushes to make room for crops. They only grow crops in that patch of land for a few years and then move on to a new area, allowing the old patch to grow back into a forest again.
The Bo people also have their own traditional clothing and music that they have been preserving for generations.
