Body odor is when your body starts to smell a little bit bad. This smell comes from sweat and other things in your body. You can smell it on yourself or other people.
Our body produces sweat which is made up of water and some small chemicals. When we sweat, bacteria on our skin break down the chemicals in the sweat and they give off a bad smell. That is why we have bad smell in our body.
The more we sweat, the more chance it has to give off a bad smell. Also, the places where we sweat the most like armpits and feet, the more bacteria grows and the more likely we are to have a bad smell.
Taking a bath or shower, using soap and other hygiene products can help to reduce the amount of sweat and bacteria on our skin. Wearing clean clothes and using deodorant can also help to cover up any bad smells.
