Breech-loading

Breech-loading means that you can put bullets into a gun from the back instead of the front. Imagine you are playing with building blocks. If you want to add more blocks to the tower, you could put them on top or you could take one of the blocks at the bottom and put more blocks on top of it. Breech-loading works the same way. Instead of adding bullets to the front of the gun, you can add them to the back and make it easier and faster to shoot. The gun has a little door (also called a breech) that you open to put the bullets in and then you close it before shooting. This way, you don't have to take the whole gun apart just to reload every time you want to shoot. It's like making a tower with your building blocks but adding more blocks in a better, easier way.
