ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Buff strength

Have you ever played with Play-Doh? You know how you can make it stronger by squeezing it really hard and rolling it between your hands? That's kind of like how our muscles work when we exercise to get stronger - we are squeezing and flexing them to make them better and stronger!

So, when we talk about "buff strength," we mean how strong and big someone's muscles have become through exercising and building them up with weights and other exercises. Think of it like how big and strong Superman's muscles are - that's what we mean by "buff strength!"

But just like how making Play-Doh stronger takes time and effort, building muscle strength takes time and effort too. You have to exercise regularly and challenge your muscles to work harder and lift heavier weights to get that "buff" look and strength. And just like how you shouldn't eat too much Play-Doh, it's important to fuel your body with healthy foods to help your muscles grow strong and stay healthy.

So, in short, "buff strength" refers to how strong and big someone's muscles have become through exercise and hard work!
