Bulalo

Bulalo is a special dish that comes from the Philippines! Imagine a big pot of hot, steaming soup with big chunks of meat and vegetables inside. That's bulalo!

But what makes bulalo special is the part of the meat that's used - it comes from the leg bone of a cow! This bone is filled with delicious, flavorful marrow that gives the soup a really rich taste.

When the soup is made, it simmers for a long time so that all the flavors can mix together and make it extra yummy. And when it's ready, it's usually served with rice on the side to soak up all the delicious broth.

People in the Philippines love to eat bulalo, especially on cold or rainy days when something hot and comforting is just what they need. Try it out yourself, and you'll see why!
