Burgundy wine

Burgundy wine is a special kind of wine that comes from a very special place in France called Burgundy. In Burgundy, the land is very important because it's what makes the wine taste so good. The land is called terroir, and it has a lot of different things in it like rocks and dirt and plants that make the grapes grow really well.

Burgundy wine is made from two types of grapes called Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pinot Noir grapes make red wine and Chardonnay grapes make white wine. When the grapes are ready, they are picked from the vine and crushed to make juice. The juice is then put into barrels to ferment, which means it turns into wine.

Burgundy wine is really special because it doesn't taste like any other wine. It has a taste that is unique to Burgundy because of the terroir and the way the wine is made. Some people say that red Burgundy tastes like cherries or strawberries, and white Burgundy tastes like apples or lemons.

If you ever get to try Burgundy wine, make sure to take a little sip and let it rest in your mouth for a little bit. This will help you taste all the different flavors and enjoy the wine even more. And remember, Burgundy wine is a special wine from a special place that is very important to a lot of people in France.
