Business process discovery

Business process discovery is a way of finding out what steps businesses go through when accomplishing certain tasks. It helps businesses identify what things need to be done in order to achieve something, so that they can make sure they are doing everything correctly. It can help them save time and money by being more efficient and organized. To do business process discovery, businesses look at how they currently do things, then think of ways they can improve upon what they are doing. They make notes and diagrams of the processes they find so they can refer back to them later.
