Process mining

Process mining is a way of using computers to analyze a business process. It can look at how well a process is running, what kind of changes it needs, and if the process is working well or not. To do process mining, computers look at the data associated with the process and figure out what is happening in the process. They then use that data to create a picture of how the process is working and suggest ways to make it better.
