C-Group culture

Hello kiddo! So, do you know what a group is? It's when you and your friends play together or work on a project together. Just like that, grown-ups also have groups, called "c-groups", where they come together with other adults to talk about important things, or to do fun stuff together.

The special thing about c-group culture is that it's all about making people feel like they belong. Belonging means feeling like you're a part of something, like you're important and valued. In a c-group, everyone is accepted just the way they are, and they're encouraged to be themselves. That's really cool, because sometimes people feel like they have to act a certain way to fit in or be liked, which can be stressful.

C-groups also have some rules that everyone follows, like being respectful to each other, and not talking when someone else is talking. This helps everyone feel like they're being listened to and that what they have to say is important.

Sometimes, c-groups have a leader who helps everyone stay on track and make sure everyone is included. This leader helps make decisions and plan fun activities for everyone to do together. But everyone in the group gets a chance to share their ideas and opinions, so it's not just one person making all the decisions.

Overall, c-group culture is all about making everyone feel like they belong and are important. It's a fun way for grown-ups to come together and support each other, just like how you and your friends come together to play and have fun.
