Calcisol

OK kiddo, so have you ever heard of cortisol? It's a hormone in your body that helps you deal with stress. Well, calcisol is basically the same thing, just with a different name.

You see, when you get stressed out, your body releases cortisol to help you cope with it. And when you have too much cortisol in your system over a long period of time, it can actually be harmful to your health.

So some people take things called "calcisol supplements" to try and balance out their cortisol levels and reduce the negative effects of stress. These supplements are made up of natural ingredients that are supposed to help your body regulate its cortisol production.

But the thing is, there's not a ton of scientific evidence to support the use of calcisol supplements. Some people swear by them, but others say they don't do much of anything.

So basically, calcisol is just another name for cortisol, and some people take supplements to try and regulate their cortisol levels. But whether or not these supplements actually work is up for debate.
