Caldo gallego

Caldo gallego is a type of soup that comes from a place called Galicia in Spain. It is made with a lot of yummy vegetables like potatoes, onions, carrots, and kale. Sometimes it also has meat like pork or chorizo in it.

To make caldo gallego, first you need to boil some water in a big pot. Then you add the vegetables and meat and let them cook for a while until everything is soft and delicious. This takes a long time, like when you are waiting for your cookies to bake in the oven.

Caldo gallego is really good for you because it has lots of vitamins and minerals that your body needs to grow strong. Plus, it tastes really yummy on a cold day and will make you feel warm and cozy inside!
