Car body style
Okay kiddo, so when we talk about car body style, we mean the way that the car is shaped and looks on the outside. Think about how there are different shapes for buildings like houses, there are different shapes for cars too!
For example, some cars are really tall and square like a box, and we call those cars "SUVs". Other cars are low to the ground and look like they're very aerodynamic, kind of like a rocket ship, and we call those cars "sports cars".
There are also cars that are longer, like a stretch limousine or an old-fashioned car you might see in a movie from a long time ago. And there are cars that are really small and cute, like little toy cars.
Each different style of car has its own name, and people might choose one style over another depending on what they like or what they need. Like if you were going camping and had a lot of stuff to bring with you, you might choose an SUV because it has more space inside.
But no matter what style of car you like, they all do the same thing: they take you where you need to go!
