Catholic order rites are special ways that Catholic people like to worship and pray together. Just like there are different ways to play games, different orders or groups of Catholics have different ways they like to worship.
Some might kneel more, or stand more. Some might sing more, or listen more. Some might use special prayers that they say together, or special outfits that they wear.
All of these different ways of worship are okay because they all believe in the same loving God and they are all part of the Catholic church family. It's like how all of the kids on a playground might have different favorite games, but they are all still friends and having fun together.
